How many memberships do I need for my family?

You only need 1. This is a Single Family User License for at home use. This means one household can use one membership for their own children. Friends and extended family will need to purchase their own memberships. Your membership subscription license allows for one email address per family.

I’ve just joined the membership. How do I access the videos and downloads?

Welcome to the Studio. We are so happy you’ve decided to join us. To find all the videos, simply log into to your account (at the top of the page where it says login), and you will be able to access everything in the Art Video Hub.

How do I download the printables?

Simply add the ones you want to your cart and go to your cart and click on ‘buy now’. They will be emailed to you as jpeg documents.

When are new courses, workshops and downloads released?

New materials are released in the first week of each month. We will send out monthly emails to remind you that new workshops are ready to be accessed.

How long will I have access to the courses and workshops?

You can access all the content as many times as you wish as long as you are an active member. Videos do not expire. If you decide to cancel your membership, you'll no longer have access to the membership page of the website.

Can you download the videos?

No. You can only view them when you are logged into your membership account.

Can I find Sarah’s Studio on Facebook or Instagram?

Yes! We would love you to follow and like us so you can keep updated with what we are doing. You can find the links at the top of the page.

Can I change or update my membership details?

Yes you can. To update any information on your account, click the LOGIN button on this website. Click on MY ACCOUNT, then enter your new information.

How do I cancel my membership?

We are sad to see you go. LOGIN to your account. Click on MY ACCOUNT. You will be able to mange your subscription here. If you cancel your membership, you will lose access to all content immediately. You will need to rejoin to gain access again. We suggest you cancel at the end of your pre-paid month/year so that you get the full value of your membership.

Can I gift a membership to someone else?

Yes. You will need to use their email address when purchasing a membership as they will need to set up their passwords and account. We unfortunately do not sell gift cards.

Do you have a Refund Policy?

There are no refunds for membership fees already paid (unless you request an immediate refund within 48 hours of first purchasing your membership and you haven’t downloaded anything). You can cancel your membership at any time when you LOGIN to your account.

I signed up for a monthly/yearly subscription, do I need to enrol again each month/year?

No. Your credit card will be automatically debited each month or year (depending on which subscription you registered for) until you cancel your membership.

Can I use the downloadable printouts in my classroom?

Yes. You can use them in your class only for your students. You may not share them with other teachers, classes and homeschoolers. Wekindly ask that each teacher signs up for their own membership. You can contact us for a special school membership for all your teachers to have access at a discounted rate.

Do you have a Privacy Policy?

The Sarah’s Studio website stores your name and email address on our servers. Your email address will be used to contact you about your membership and other things relating to Sarah’s Studio products and services. We will never sell your email address or use it for any other purpose. Your Credit Card information is not stored on our website. All credit card orders are processed via our transaction gateways which include PayPal and www.stripe.com. All recurring billing is handled via their gateway services.

What is your Membership Policy?

The Sarah Studio website and all the services and downloads it provides contain intellectual property owned by ©Sarah’s Studio. This includes the downloads, videos, graphics and images which are provided for you as part of the membership service offered to you for your single-family user licence.

While you are an active member, you have access to all the materials presented and offered in the Sarah’s Studio membership site. Once you cancel your membership you will no longer have access to the private, Sarah’s Studio website and all its content.

Memberships can not be shared and are all individual family subscriptions. Once family and one email address per membership subscription is allowed.
