Art Club Terms and Conditions

·      Please complete your enrolment online and make payment to secure your child’s place in the class. No student will be admitted into the class without having paid the course fee.

·      Sarah’s Studio cannot guarantee a refund in case of change of mind after you have attended a session or if you withdraw from the club once it has commenced. Refunds are at the discretion of Sarah’s Studio and do incur a 20% cancelation fee of the total amount.

·      Please advise Sarah’s Studio of any medical conditions or injury that could impact on the art lesson. 

·      Teachers working for Sarah’s Studio will endeavor to ensure the safety of the students by encouraging and promoting safe practice. Sarah’s Studio is not liable for any injury or loss or damage of any personal property while on the premises. 

·      In the event of an injury or medical condition the parent/guardian will be notified immediately to collect the student at the art club. 

·      Once the art class is dismissed, Sarah’s Studio is in no way responsible for students after this time. 

·      If a lesson if missed for any reason, the student may be able to make up the lesson in the same week (if another class is being run at the school). Otherwise it remains at the discretion of the teacher taking the class- as some classes (eg painting lessons) cannot be made up the following week if the teacher has progressed to the next project.

·      In the event of a civil defense emergency, the teacher from Sarah’s Studio will supervise students until they are collected by the parent/caregiver. 

·      From time to time student’s artworks are photographed (not the students, just the artwork). These photos are used for promotional purposes, and will never be sold. Please inform Sarah’s Studio if you do not give consent for any photos to be taken of your child’s artwork. 

Shipping

·      Shipping is a flat rate of $9.00 per kit. There is no pick up option available at present. Orders ship within 3-7 working days. There are no refunds and returns on party kits.
